1. GM will make available one purchase and translator sales person to accompany customer during their trip in china .
2. GM Committed to do all checking and assure that all models and colors for all goods have been chosen and signed by customer, and keep to report to customer if factory made wrong goods which not match what customer has signed the models.
3. GM has committed to send the required papers on time after receive all payment from customer, like CO,CI,CIQ PACKING LIST, certification and Bill of Lading and so on.
4. GM take responsibility to do customs declaration for customer and payment settled by T/T, L/C, DP, DA and so on.
